Ideal for in home or professional use, The Med Aire 8" Defined Perimeter Low Air Loss Mattress Replacement System is designed to aid in the prevention, treatment and management of pressure ulcers (bed sores) while keeping the patient cool and comfortable. Rated up to 450 lbs.

Static perimeter tubing surrounds the length of the mattress preventing the patient from becoming trapped between the mattress and side rails.

Mattress measures 36"(W) X 80"(L) X 8" (H) covered in durable Nylon that is soft, lightweight, and will not stretch.

Mattress includes 20 air bladders, 9 with laser holes to achieve low air loss function helping to keep the patient cool and speed recovery.

LED and Audible low pressure alarm activates when pressure falls below 10-mmHg. Cell-on-Cell design prevents patient from "bottoming out" during power outages.

Whisper quiet pump produces 12 liters per minute through 20 air bladders, allowing the patient to rest comfortably, without the distraction of a noisy pump.
